We also specialise in Apple Business Solutions for corporate customers who wish to deploy Apple technologies within their organisations.

Job description:

We are looking for a dynamic person to join our ever-expanding Apple Service Centre business as an Apple Service Technician on a full-time basis. The main goal will be to enrich our customer’s Apple experience through a combination of training, passion for technology and own personal touch. The position calls for a team player who is energetic and attentive to detail with a flair for customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with all constituents and demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills. This is an entry level position with the possibility for a flexible schedule. Training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Apple products
• Provide customer support
• Carry out administrative duties related to repairs

Required Skills:

• Fluency in both Maltese and English is a must
• Responsive, attentive to detail, and able to communicate effectively
• Previous training or experience in a technical field will be considered an asset.
